Stapleford Park is one of those places that makes you feel like a queen for a day; with the posh interior and beautiful grounds, there is a lot to admire.
Stapleford Park is wonderfully historic; you feel this as you walk in the house as you see the silk wallpaper and gorgeous chandeliers. What I personally love is that they have combined this old-fashioned look with a stylish luxury modern twist; suitable for the people who love the mixture. There is such a peaceful and calm feel to the whole place which helps you relax and enjoy your stay if for a night or a day you feel at home. The staff are friendly and always trying to make your stay comfortable and suitable for your needs. Stapleford Park is a lovely place for anyone; families, romantic getaways, company retreats and all the people who love a getaway from life for a bit this is the place to go.
This was my second visit and it was just as amazing as my first. I had afternoon tea with my mum and sister and they made us feel ever so welcome. It’s lovely to just get away from the stress of life and have a lovely catch up with the two most important women in my life. The food was delicious; there was a three-tiered cake stand full of sweet an savoury. The bottom layer full of little sandwiches suitable for the vegetarian of the family or the meat lovers. Middle layer full of scones; plain or with currents with little pots full of cream and jam. The top layer (which is my favourite) the desserts! A mouth-watering array of lots of different cakes from chocolate cake to the refreshing mango moose. A lovely spread of food to suit anyone that is filling and tasty!
I would 100% recommend Stapleford Park as it is a beautiful place and has a bit for everyone if you’re a historical lover or like the more stylish modern feel, this place is for you. I have only had the afternoon tea which is delightful and a must do, but the look and the feel of the place make me want to come back and explore more. The first time I came we walked around the grounds and the views were so beautiful let alone the well-kept grounds which by the way are stunning! Don’t just take my word go see for yourself!
