My Evening Pamper Routine…

It is no secret that I love a good pamper. I think it’s important to take time for yourself each week. It’s not only good for your mental state but for your body. We are all guilty of rushing around and working hard that we need a little me time and stop for a second. Our bodies go through so much and they work hard for us so it’s only right we treat them with respect and pamper ourselves. Here’s what I do each week to relax…

  • Run a nice bubble bath

I like to start my evening with a lovely bubble bath. Baths are a good way to relax your body and feel calm. If you don’t like baths you could have a shower. It’s nice to wash the day off. The bubble bath I use is the ‘Radox- Feel Relaxed’ it smells amazing and gives the best bubbles!

  • Set the mood and make your bedroom cosy

While the bath is running I like to make my room a cosy, relaxing space. This is so when I get out the bath I can feel just as calm. Turn on all the fairy lights and draw the curtains. I tie my hair up and gather all the products I’m going to use for my bath. I have  bath tray (that I got on Amazon) which I fill with all the things I’m going to use. I light a candle and make a green tea. It’s all about making the space yours and using things that make you feel good. My snack of choice are the ‘Digestive Thins’ milk chocolate cappuccino flavour. Honestly the best snack ever! I put on a facemask and get in the bath.

  • Relax in the bath

I put on some music and flick through social media. Sometimes I read a book or watch YouTube, it all depends on how I feel. I then work through the products I have laid out. If you want to see my skincare routine it’s the previous post. I love taking my time and treating my body with really lovely products. It’s so important to moisturise your body after a bath. I then brush my teeth and get into my favourite PJs.

I always take a glass of water to bed to keep hydrated. I get into bed and depending on how tired I am I will either watch some Netflix. ‘Good Girls’ is really funny and gripping. Have loved watching that or I will catch up on some YouTube videos. I have been loving ‘Megan Ellaby’ at the moment. Her style is gorgeous!
That’s what I do pretty much every week and actually every day but maybe missing some bits out. I love this routine it’s super relaxing and works for me. It’s all about finding what works for you and just chilling out from the week. Hope you have enjoyed this if you have then give it a like.
