Life is Unpredictable and Lessons Learnt

Wow long time no see…

I can’t believe how long it’s been and I genuinely miss it. My mental state hasn’t been the best but I’m feeling much better with so much more positivity. I think it’s important to take a break from anything while you’re recovering. Allow yourself time without pressure. It doesn’t mean it will last forever but it’s important for your wellbeing to do what’s best for you at that particular time.

Lessons have been learnt but then it wouldn’t be a blog post by me if there wasn’t some sort of lesson along the way. We all know I learn the hard way but I suppose it’s good for you because you can learn from my mistakes.

Never and I repeat NEVER go back to someone who has burnt you. They will only do it again and you will end up more disheartened then the time before. I never learn and always think people will change, I want to so believe that. After the 4th or 5th time it kinda becomes your responsibility and it’s you that’s poisoning yourself by going back. People know what they’re doing, they are good at shifting the blame and making you feel guilty. They know you will always be there. You are too precious to ever let this happen to you. One day someone will walk into your life and it will be the best feeling in the world. You will suddenly realise why it didn’t work with anyone else. No guessing if they feel the same, it will be a warm feeling and you won’t feel sad and that horrible feeling in your heart. I promise you that these people you are chasing don’t care! As much as you make every excuse for them, they don’t care enough. Where are they when you needed them, but you were there every time they called. It’s toxic. The pain is unbearable but there is someone out there looking for everything you are and would never dream of doing that to you. It’s time to let yourself free.

Life is unpredictable, things happen for reasons and people come and go out of your life but this has nothing to do with you.

Sometimes things don’t work out and you fail but it was an experience and a lesson. Nothing is ever a true failure but to do better and learn for next time. Things sometimes don’t work out so better things can come along, just be positive.
